    Good product that helps children to learn proper striking technique. Only negative is that it can be a bit difficult to insert and remove ball.

    I coach rec soccer & see so much potential in our players & want them to continue the love of the sport so I purchased these as an end of the season gift for the team. I purchased 1 for my oldest daughter a couple of years ago & she loves it, when we brought it to practice all of the players wanted to use it, so now they have their own.

  • 36" adjustable elastic bungee cord.
  • Soft and comfortable handle.
  • Durable polyester net with drawstring closure.
  • Net holds one soccer ball of any size.

Cord Adjustment Guide:

  1. Push the outside cord near the handle inward. This will push the end of the cord housed on the inside of the handle to come out.
  2. Once the end of the cord comes out of the handle, adjust its length to best suit your player's height. 
  3. Once desired length is reached, tie the cord into a knot and pull the outside cord so its end will slide back into the handle.

Notice: Ball not included.
