This gives you the added edge of being able to train for defender push off and ball-receive drills on natural grass surfaces.

If you ever need to train on turf or indoors on a hardwood court, no need to purchase a separate set of turf-specific agility poles - these poles are compatible with AGORA All-Surface Weighted Bases (sold separately) when you remove the spring spike. This translates into greater training versatility and less equipment to manage.
