Shipping & Returns

General Shipping

Most orders ship from our facility within 24 hours when selecting UPS Ground (Standard Shipping). 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air will ship immediately. Though UPS Ground typically delivers within 1-5 business days after an order is processed, delivery date and speed is not guaranteed. For guaranteed delivery date and speed, please ship via 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air. Products shipped in multiple split packages will be charged for each package delivery. UPS deliveries require a physical address (P.O. Boxes not accepted).

Orders received after 2:00 p.m. PST may be processed the following business day. Special deliveries will have priority and ship out as soon as they are ready. Please note that while we will do our best, orders are not guaranteed to go out the same business day.

Orders placed on the weekend or non-business hours will be processed the next available business day during normal business hours.

Shipping to non-contiguous states of the U.S. will be shipped Priority Mail, unless otherwise specified. We currently only ship within the United States, and its territories.


Free Standard Ground Shipping

Select items, as marked, offer free standard ground shipping via UPS Ground only to the 48 contiguous United States. Learn more about Free Standard Ground Shipping


Freight Shipping

For 3"-4" diameter goals, paint (30 cases or more), shipments to non-contiguous states, or orders weighing 150 lbs. or greater, freight shipping cost will be verified and added later. A support team member will contact you with the final cost. Please read Freight Shipping Policy for more information.


Back-Orders

If an item that you ordered is temporarily out of stock, it will be back-ordered. Your complete order, which may comprise of both back-ordered and in-stock items, will be shipped as soon as the back-ordered items become available. If you would like to have the in-stock items from your order shipped immediately and before the back-ordered items become available, you may choose to do so, which may result in separate additional shipping costs. Note: You may cancel back order items at any time.


Returns/Exchanges Policy

The Sator Soccer Guarantee is our promise that you can shop with absolute confidence. We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return any product - unless otherwise noted or specified - within 30 days of original purchase for a full refund or exchange, less shipping charges.

Product Condition

Products that are damaged, worn, used, or have been modified in any way are not eligible for refunds, credits, or exchanges. Please test all products / apparel in a clean, dry environment.

3"-4" Round Goals, 25% Restocking Fee - All 3"-4" round goals will incur a 25% restocking fee when returned / exchanged, plus the cost of freight to, and from (if exchanging), Sator Soccer.

Free Shipping Items

Free shipping items cancelled/refused in-transit will incur all shipping costs. Once the order is returned, Sator Soccer will deduct all incurred shipping costs from the refund total.

PayPal Orders

All orders processed via PayPal payment gateway are subject to a 3.50% fee when requesting a return, uneven exchange wherein customer receives a refund for the difference, or cancellation. 

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number

All products for return or exchange must be accompanied by an RMA number.

  • To request an RMA number for over-the-phone orders, please call Customer Support at 888-887-2867.
  • To request an RMA number for online orders:
    • Log into your satorsoccer.com account.
    • Within your account, under Orders, select the order containing the item(s) you would like to return.
    • Select the quantities for each item you would like to return.
    • Select the Return Reason, Return Action, and leave any comments for our support team.

Process for returns/exchanges:

  1. Box the product securely inside its original packaging*.
  2. Be sure to include any accessories that came with the product.
  3. Be sure to include a copy of the invoice and RMA number.
  4. Remove or black out any existing labels or barcodes on the box that you're returning.
  5. Print and attach new shipping labels onto the box.
  6. Write the RMA number visibly on the outside of every package near the shipping label.
  7. Ship package via UPS or US Mail (insured), unless otherwise instructed.
  8. Once Sator Soccer receives, inspects, and verifies product(s), a Customer Support representative will contact you with additional refund / replacement details.

*If you no longer have original packaging for goals and large equipment returns / exchanges, please call Customer Support before shipping.

Note: Return/exchange process may take 2-3 weeks in some cases. We recommend insuring your package, as we cannot refund an item we don't receive. Returned items must be identical to the brand, specifications and condition of original purchase. Exchanges may incur shipping charges. Replacement items will be sent to the original "ship to" address upon receipt of the original item at our Returns Center, as long as the item is still in stock. If there is an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a credit for your order and any applicable shipping.
