Holiday Shipping Schedule

As the holiday season approaches, we want to make sure you're aware of our holiday shipping schedule to ensure all your orders arrive in time this season. Please take note of the following dates and times (all in PST):

Our office will be closed for the holidays from December 24th to January 4th.

We will resume normal business hours on January 5th.

Freight Shipping:

Orders received by December 18th will be shipped out.

We'll do our very best to ship out orders received December 19th - 23rd, but cannot guarantee due to the need to coordinate with freight providers and your final freight cost approval.

UPS/USPS Shipping:

Orders received by 12pm on December 23rd will be shipped out.

We'll do our very best to ship out orders received after 12pm on that day.

In-Store Pickup:

Orders received by 3pm on December 23rd

can be picked up by 4:30pm on that day.

Orders received after the cutoff dates and times above will be shipped out on or promptly after January 5th.
