First, try resetting your password and following the instructions sent to the associated email (please also be sure to check your junk/spam folder). If you do not receive an email to reset your password within 5 minutes, this signifies, in all likelihood, your account was inactive prior to June 7, 2022 when the new satorsoccer.com website launched and your account was not synced. Don't worry, simply create a new account. |
I'm having difficulty placing an order using a P.O. Box billing address. What should I do? |
If your order failed to process using the conventional syntax of "P.O. Box ###", try switching the placement of "P.O. Box" and "###" (for example, ### P.O. Box). If your order fails to process with this method, please try again without the periods in "P.O.". If you still have difficulty processing your order, please contact us. |

What are your normal business hours? |
Our normal business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm PST. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using our online store. |
Do you have a showroom I can visit and/or pick up an order? |

When will my order ship out? |
Most orders ship out the same day. Once an order is shipped, a confirmation email is automatically sent. |
How and where can I track my order? |
When an order is shipped, an automatic email is sent to you containing your tracking number and requested delivery address. |
Will I be contacted regarding my order if it is delayed in any way? |
Yes. A Customer Service Representative will contact you by email regarding any differences in shipping charges or if there is a backorder. If you wish to inquire about the status of an order, please contact Customer Service. |
Is Saturday considered a business day for UPS? |
Saturday is not considered a standard business day for UPS. Please call us if you need UPS-Saturday Delivery (please note this service is not available in all areas). |
How do your soccer goals ship? |
All soccer goals, with the exception of 3"-4" round goals, ship via UPS. If you are interested in our 3"-4" round goals, please give us a call to request a freight shipping quote. Learn more about shipping. |
