Q: What are your normal business hours?
A: Our normal business hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using our online store.

Q: Do you have a showroom I can visit?
A: Yes. Our showroom is located at:

Q: Can I pick up my order at your location?
A: Yes. If you live nearby, you can place an order with us and pick it up at our showroom.

Q: When will my order ship out?
A: Most orders ship out the same day. Once an order is shipped, a confirmation email is automatically sent.

Q: How and where can I track my order?
A: When an order is shipped, an automatic email is sent to you containing your tracking number and requested delivery address.

Q: Will I be contacted regarding my order if it is delayed in any way?
A: Yes. A Customer Service Representative will contact you by email regarding any differences in shipping charges or if there is a backorder. If you wish to inquire about the status of an order, please contact Customer Service.

Q: Is Saturday considered a business day for UPS?
A: Saturday is not considered a standard business day for UPS. Please call us if you need UPS-Saturday Delivery (please note this service is not available in all areas).

Q: How do your soccer goals ship?
A: All soccer goals, with the exception of 3"-4" round goals, ship via UPS. If you are interested in our 3"-4" round goals, please give us a call to request a freight shipping quote.

Q: I'm having trouble setting up my soccer goal. What should I do?
A: Feel free to give us a call during normal business hours and our knowledgeable staff can provide over-the-phone assembly assistance.

Q: What does the Agora Lifetime Guarantee cover?
A: Effective January 1, 2016, the Agora Lifetime Guarantee assures you, the original purchaser/customer, that all Agora Euro Pro, Channel Pro, Premier Pro, and Futsal Soccer Goals are free of defects in materials and/or workmanship for the projected lifespan of the goal upon purchase. Q: How long does it take to receive items that I have requested to get embroidered?
A: Embroidery normally takes 3-5 business days to produce. Please keep in mind that this does not include transit time.

Q: How do I figure out sizing for my child?
A: You can view our sizing chart here.

Q: I would like to pay with a check, who do I make the check out to?
A: Please make your check to Sator Sports Inc.
